Species Re-introduction Project -
London Wildlife Trust
The London Wildlife Trust embarked on an exciting new species reintroduction project in 2026.
The charity made plans to re-introduce the white stork (Ciconia ciconia) and Eurasian beaver (Castor fiber) back to London.
I was commissioned by the London Wildlife Trust to design several illustrations of each reintroduced species.
The various versions of each illustration were to be used across the Trust’s online and physical promotional material about the project.
The Trust wanted illustrations that could demonstrate the charismatic nature and personalities of both of these iconic, flagship species.
Final Designs…
I developed the designs, colours and poses in collaboration with the Species Reintroduction Officer for the Trust to finalise the best pieces for each species.
The final designs are below along with the various line art, coloured and sticker versions of each illustration. The colours have been chosen to complement the Trust’s designated branding palette.
It was an honour to be part of this exciting re-introduction project and have my work displayed on the promotional material.
These pieces were done using Procreate.
