These illustration pieces were created for the youth campaigning group, UK Youth For Nature.

These designs were used as promotional piece for the campaign “Urban Nature Day”, which was part of the Your Wild Streets Campaign.

Each design is a characteristic urban species that we may find in many of our UK urban spaces.

I was asked to focus on two plant species, as many plants are often overlooked in our urban environments. And I was also asked to add symbols to the background that could represent a city, town or pavement.

These final pieces were done using Procreate.
